Description of Services
We are proud and honored to serve our growing network of Clients with the following services:

  JANITORIAL:
Thorough attention to detail in cleaning carpets, floors, fixtures, furniture, glass, lavatories, etc.  Full services.

WINDOW WASHING:
Exterior and/or Interior windows  

PRESSURE WASHING:
Exterior surfaces to include but not limited to: sidewalks, parking lots, decking, exterior of building, pools and associated concrete, tile work, etc.

  LANDSCAPING:
Mowing, pruning, clean up and haul away, trimming, edging, planting and water care.  Complete care.  

CARPET CLEANING AND HARD FLOOR SERVICES:
Hot water extraction cleaning on carpets.  Strip, wax and polish all hard floor surfaces, including marble.  

OPERABLE WALLS/FOLDING PARTITIONS:
Inspect, operate, lubricate and/or adjust track and trolley system, drop seal assemblies, panel assemblies and pass doors, closure panel mechanisms, hinge systems and all minor parts.  Repair fabric with minor cuts and tears, loose fabric and trim strips and moldings for loose or missing parts.  

COILING/INDUSTRIAL DOORS:
Inspect, operate, lubricate and/or adjust rollers, bearings, cables and chains, shaft assembly, motor operators and associated hardware, guides and weather seals, all minor parts and hardware.  For fire rated assemblies, inspect and test flame baffles, guide smoke seals, fusible links and release devices, spring tension and governor assemblies.  We can also perform drop tests and certify fire rated closures in accordance with NFPA 80 guidelines.  

TOILET PARTITIONS AND ACCESSORIES:
Inspect and repair toilet partition panels, pilasters, footings, hinges and latches.  We can supply or replace washroom accessories as needed. 

TENANT IMPROVEMENTS/REMODELING:
We can contract and manage projects requiring office space remodeling or tenant space improvements including, but not limited to new walls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC/Mechanical, glazing, painting and other construction services.  Let us know your needs and we can provide you with an estimate. 

NEW PRODUCTS:
From building specialty items such as washroom accessories, projection screens, roof hatches and access panels, vents and louvers, grilles, coiling doors/grilles, gates, mailboxes, access controls, garbage or linen chutes to sourcing construction or remodeling projects, Action Building Services, Inc. can provide what you need.
